​Classes will cover fundamental defense, escape, and submission techniques from varying positions along with counters to each technique.

MMA-All Levels 

Classes will combine striking techniques, take-down attacks and defense, wrestling, grappling, and ground control.

Children (ages 8-12) will be offered boxing and wrestling classes throughout the week.

Muay Thai - Beginner Level
This class covers proper body mechanics for kicks and knees. Activities include conditioning and Thai pad work.

This class will focus on developing intermediate/advanced skill sets. Activities include shadowboxing, Thai pad work, sparring drills, heavy bag work and conditioning.
